Knowing Who You Are

Pastor Matt gave us an excellent sermon on having the abundant life now. He emphasized that we are heirs and co-heirs with Christ. Knowing the truth in who we are in Christ makes a big difference on how we live and our happiness.

2020 has been a tough year for a lot of us, but do we go around humped over like the woman in Luke 13:10 or do we stand straight? Jesus healed the woman and she stood straight. We can stand straight because we are heirs of Christ! Believe in the truth of who we are! Romans 8 tells us we are set free.Our past is not important. Operate in the here and now and realize God‘s got this as Bill said last week. God loves us so much.

As we go into Christmas this week be thankful for what Christ has done for us. It truly is an abundant life in Christ. May God bless you all and Merry Christmas!
