The Bible teaches that God is relational. He deisres a grwping relationship with everyone. However, we are born separated from God because of sin. God's deisre for a relationship with us is so great that He sent His only son, Jesus Christ, to die on a cross as the payment for our sin. All who believe that Jesus dies on thier behalf and believe that His death paid for their sins have a relationship with God and the forgiveness of sins.
