God has given us His Word in written form for a very specific purpose. He tells us who He is, who Jesus is, and as a follower of Christ, we get an understanding of who we are. The Spirit of Truth promises to guide you into all truth. As you open your Bible, you can stand on the promise that all you need is His Word and His Spirit to guide you.
